Minke at Kuan Yin Temple web

This playful, profound workshop is an Initiation into the sacred art of female sexual energy practices. You will:

* Release emotional stress held in your chest, belly and uterus with healing sounds
* Awaken the song of creation in your womb and articulate your Yoni
* Cultivate your rejuvenating, sexual energy with Inner Smile Meditation, Tao Tantric Qigong and Lotus Sublimation.
* Strengthen your pelvic floor, balance hormones and bring out your unique beautiful radiance with Breast Self-Massage and Jade Egg exercises
* Beneficial for women at all stages of their lives, including practices for easing menstruation and menopause.
* Enhance your sensitivity to loving vibration, sending ripples out into your relationships

Our sexual energy is encoded with the wisdom of our primordial blueprint and we will activate our DNA potential. We will tone and sing from our “Ovarian Palace” to liberate fear, grow passion and rejuvenate vitality. The ancient Taoists called the breasts “Bells of Love” so we will ring our bells and cultivate joy and compassion. This workshop is enhanced by Theda’s angelic voice, crystal bowls and other sound healing frequencies.

Bring: yoga mat, sarong or skirt, light blanket or sarong to cover your legs
and a jade egg (for sale at workshop for $48 plus tax with bag and silk cord)
